What 1Queue Does Not Do

1Queue does NOT:

• Guarantee consultation timing
• Guarantee doctor availability
• Replace clinical systems

Clinic Responsibilities

Clinics remain responsible for:

• Operational decisions
• Patient management
• Medical care
• Communication accuracy
• Regulatory compliance

Queue Estimates

Queue estimates and wait times are indicative only and may vary due to operational factors.

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse queue systems
• Generate fake queue entries
• Abuse operational workflows
• Disrupt platform operations

Access Restrictions

Repeated misuse or no-show abuse may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
